The Local Planning Appeal Support Centre helps people understand and navigate the land use planning and appeal process in Ontario

We are an independent agency of the Province of Ontario, accountable to a board of directors.


Mission and Mandate

The Local Planning Appeal Support Centre is developing its mission and mandate. When they are ready, they will be posted here.

A Memorandum of Understanding is being developed to set out the accountability relationship between the Attorney General and the Local Planning Appeal Support Centre.

The Complaints Policy describes how to complain about the service you received from the Local Planning Appeal Support Centre or one of our policies. It also explains what to expect after you submit a complaint.

The Local Planning Appeal Support Centre will also be developing policies on accessibility, privacy and French language. When they are ready, they will be posted here.
